Looking to upgrade parts of my comp, any suggestions?

I do not know jack diddly fuck about hardware really, so if there's any part of my comp that's bottlenecking performance or that could use an upgrade, I don't know what it is.

I get a solid 50-60 FPS in most games but I do get some heavy FPS drops on certain games.

Card: PowerColor radeon HD 7950
Processor: AMD FX quad core 4300
16 GB of ram
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 AM3+ AMD 990FX + SB950 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
Harddrive: Western Digital Blue WD10EZEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Bare Drive

give it some more time for the new intel chips, and amd gpus to drop, which should be soon.
