sonic adventure modding

hi,

first of all, sorry if this is in the wrong place. i am modding the PC version of sonic adventure and need a few pointers on how i can edit the PRS files. the PRS files hold all the models and textures for a character or map in the game. the character i want to reskin is E-102 gamma but there are a couple of problems that stand in my way.

1. i have no idea which of the many PRS files are for E-102.
2. i need a way to open and edit/convert PRS files. as i cannot get inside them.

if anyone can help me, please do. i am totally lost right now. no Q&A has helped me anywhere. i really want to get this done.

If you didn't find anything in google, you're probably gonna have to Reverse Engineer the file format and build you own tools.
