it needs a neck rest, arm rests, tilt control plus lock and everything completely adjustable (arm rest location, position of the seat cushion and everything) basically all the features included in the one in the link. all for a reasonable price and reliable.
Find one in your back garden. It's what I did.

failing that, check eBay. Unless you're not buying them for personal use you should find one similar to the one you posted at half the price.
