Right, this is about my sleep pattern.
I go to bed at around 22:30 PM, and read until around 23:30 PM. I then sleep until 7:25 AM when my alarm goes off. I fully get up at 7:45 and then shower. That's, on average about eight hours sleep, which I assume is a good amount.
But then, when I return from school, I get really tired around 18:00 PM and need to 'cat-nap'. This means that I then can't sleep properly when I go to bed. My friends can go to bed at 4 AM, get up at 7AM and not be tired at all. So why am I getting so tired? I mean, sometimes I'm fine, but occasionally I need to sleep in the afternoon.
TL;DR: Get a good eight hours sleep, but feel tired and need a nap in the afternoon. Why?
