Just to clear it up: There is no dev kit 3 coming. This is a very early prototype of the consumer version that's coming next summer or so.

I'd say it's pretty likely, considering that DK2 uses a Galaxy Note 3 screen while the Note 4 is 2560x1440.

Not a big fan of integrated audio, i'm sure most gamers have quality speakers/headphones already and don't want to pay for something they'll never use.

Even that speaker is pretty small, the cost of must be included in the price of OCVR Proto.

the quality is actually great since it's a prototype, few gamers would have superior set ups.
