i was banned from 4chan? - General

I got banned and the reason was "nsfw loli under spoilers, goodbye" anyone know what this means, it says the ban was filed february of 2009, do bans take that long?? If what i posted got me banned, 90% of /b/ guys would be banned... Oh and it's a permaban, like wtf...
