I just ordered the MSI Cyclone GTX 460 and an Antec PSU ([url]http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127512[/url] and [url]http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371016[/url]).
OF COURSE, after I ordered the items I find out that the cyclone needs 2x6 pin connectors. The Antec has 1 x 6-Pin and 1 x 6+2-Pin.
Will the 1 x 6+2 pin connector work with the cyclone?
Yes, it's a 6-pin connector which can become a 8-pin one if you want, but you don't need to.

maybe ziptie them to the main cable to keep them out the way
also [url]http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131386&cm_re=5850-_-14-131-386-_-Product[/url] would have been a better buy, performs a bit better than the 460 1GB and for some reason it's incredibly cheap
