so i play lots of minecraft and i usually host the server and play on my laptop. this usually keeps my CPU usage at around 70 to 80 constantly. but is there some sort of device or thing that i can use that will do nothing but host the server. im not just talking about using a separate computer. i don't know if something like it even exists and if not that would be a cool idea

Anything that can host a Minecraft server is literally another computer, or a virtual machine hosted on another computer.

It's called a server, which is a computer. You could buy one and not have to hook it up to a monitor or anything, just SSH to it and set up your server.
