Help Me build a Computer for around $300 - Hardware & Software

I decided its time for a new computer, and I wanted to try and build one. I have around $300 to spare, can you please help me. I'll Need to use it for playing Garry's Mod and GTA: IV I prefer Nvidia for a Video Card other than that I'm not very picky and I already have a few spare parts laying around 150gb Hardrive 16x DVD drive

Your not going to be able to get a computer to play GTA 4 with 300$, hell you'll probably have a hard time getting the rig to play gmod.

I'll help you, but you aren't going to be able to play GTA IV on a $300 PC. A $300 PC would be for web browsing, music, light gaming, etc.
