Hey Facepunch, I'm looking to get a new 32" LCD TV. I found this on newegg. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16889005118 I can get it for $400 with a promo code. I can't find a cheaper price around on this particular model but I wanted to get other opinions. I'm going for best value. It doesn't have to be the best, but I don't want it to break on me in 3 months either. Something in the $300-$400 range. Any input on this would be great! Thanks!
Looks good.
What will you be using it for? Because if you want the best quality, don't buy that one. It's only 60 Hz, look for a 120 Hz.
Mostly to watch cable and play my 360 on.
120hz doesn't matter unless you want 3D
No, 120hz is also better if you watch things at 24p, aka 24 fps source, then you don't have the problems from frames being out of sync. 120hz just needs 5 frame repeats, while 60hz has to use a pulldown which will make it have artifacts/judder.

I noticed this when i got a new LCD Phillips tv for my living room. It was 60Hz, my basement tv is 120 Hz, and the picture quality is much better and even smoother at times.
I recommend a samsung 32" I don't know what it's called, but it is 720p with a great picture. The contrast is 30,000:1 and I paid like $440. It's a good tv I've had it for about 7 months.
