Job Interview, Should I Shave? - Yes.. Bald = Bold.

I have a job interview for a position at a Costco Whole Sale warehouse.
I know that facial hair is not a problem there for I have seen many employees with full beards in the warehouse before including the food court.
The job I currently work at does not allow facial hair because it deals with handling food all the time, but I have been on vacation for two weeks and during that time let my facial hair grow.
I always felt that I looked better, and felt more confident with facial hair since I have slight scaring/marks on my face from acne in High School that the facial hair covers up.
I also feel that I appear more approachable with facial hair.
With all of this in mind I still can't decide if I should keep the maintained facial hair (No hair on neck, even length throughout), or play it safe and shave clean.
Do you guys think the hair will hurt, or possibly increase my chances?
Just keep it trimmed. If they allow it I'm sure it's fine.
post pic, impossible to say otherwise
best would be to share a picture
nah iirc there are hairnets for beards too
if anything they would tell you, right?
As long as you've gotten past the dirty bum phase I'd say you're golden
I'd shave it anyways. They aren't going to think much about a shaven face, but they will certainly notice any facial hair - regardless of whether it's very neat or a typical neckbeard. And ultimately that's a risk you wouldn't want to take, as they say that interviewers often make their minds up about the interviewees in the first minute or two.
If you shave it, it will grow back in a week. No biggie. If you don't shave it, and the interviewer finds it unprofessional? That's an entire job you could be risking.

I've never employed someone else, but when I hypothetically put myself in the shoes of an employer, and it came down to choosing between two almost-identical applicants except one has a beard and one doesn't, I'd choose the one without the beard, because that shows a sacrifice they already made for the job.

Also worth noting that the interviewer is often a middle manager, while the employees running around with beards are being directed by a line manager. It may be suitable in the company policy to have a beard, but middle managers can often be very-conservative people.
If it makes you feel more confident, don't shave it, but at least keep it neat and trimmed.
Clean shaven leaves the best impression. You can always grow it back later.
Go for the jobs that don't mind if you're shaven or not, that tends to be at least one more thing you can do with your body. Shave if it's necessary to not trigger the jackbooted employer when desperate for work or to avoid equally triggered work colleagues. If the job is handling food or it's a safety requirement not to wield the power of a beard then you know what to do in that situation. I think at worst a beard will become a health hazard after a few weeks of lacking cleaning and if left long enough to grow you could trip on it or get it stuck in machinery but otherwise you're OK for work.
If you post a photo we are going to be able to help you more effectively
Amended the title.
I agree with Bradyns. You're thinking too small. Yes shave your beard - and also your head and eyebrows. Nair it all if possible. It'll put you in control of the conversation and interview since they'll be too busy wondering how to broach the subject of your lack of eyebrows.

Shave off all of your skin and run into the room screaming and bleeding. You'll never get out of their minds, so your chance to get the job skyrockets.
I'd need to see a photo of what kinda beard you are sporting but what I have been told by people locally, is that if you have a goat-beard shave it. If you got a goatee, tame it and deal with neck hair. If you have a viking beard, just keep the lines even, and make sure to wash it with lots of shampoo.
You should probably shave all the hair off of the left half of your head, but grow out the right half. So one side we're talking no head hair, beard, mustache, eyebrows, eyelashes, but keep all of that on the other side.

Trimming is a good compromise between looking like a 12 year old and looking like a hobo.
