Help with old game? (Theme Hospital)

So, I can't install it from the disk because I'm using Windows 7 64 bit, which I figured I'd just copy the files from the CD instead.

But then there's the problem that I can't play it in my language which I really looked forward to, and the problem that the colors are messed up at some places.

Anyone know how to fix this or have any idea?

Install XP or something on a VPC and play from there, that's what I did for it and Knights 'n Merchants :D

Yes, "compability mode for Windows XP".

Seriously, if it can't run under 7 even with compatibility options, XP Mode is the way to go.
