Windows has detected that your computer is performing poorly

Right. I've been playing Crysis Warhead for like, what, two or so hours, and asfast as I close it down, a message box pops up saying
"Windows has detected that your computer is performing poorly. Would you like to turn off the Aero interface?"
First and foremost, it's not performing poorly at all. I average 50 FPS in Crysis Warhead at Very High, so I think I'd notice.
So, temperatures comes to my mind, I open up HWmonitor. CPU lays at a safe 45 celsius while the GPU's at 65. I open up task manager. 42 processes and the CPU's at 0%.
I scratch my head and I fire SpyBot Search & Destroy up. It finds nothing. I fire up Microsoft Security Essentials. That doesn't find anything either. So, what the fuck is going on?
Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5 750
GPU: XFX Ati Radeon HD 5770 XT
Mobo: Gigabyte P55 UD3
Ram: 4gb ddr3 Crucial, 1066 Mhz
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64

And yes, this is the first time I've seen that message. That's why malware came to my mind.
It's Crysis. Happens to me as well in Crysis and only Crysis even when Crysis is performing well. It's a crisis. It's a legit dialog.
Ahh, that's good to know. Got abit worried there.
That happens to me with some games, indeed. I guess Windows doesn't like hardware resources dedicated to the GUI being hogged by another program
I have this even with Guiltygear sometimes, the problem is the "Never show me this again" option never seems to work since it ALWAYS POPS UP AGAIN
Wow, i raged at the "low HDD space left" bubble. Now computers tell you your PC sucks? That's just smart.

Yes it's best for you to just one day download something and you can't finish because your HDD is so bloated.
No computer tells you your PC sucks. Where did you get that from?
i get it all the time on Autodesk Inventor 2010, nothing to worry about
