We know you got a key
No. :( I didn't.
I did
I did
Lucky.
I didn't.
As exciting as it is to see a new Valve game going to beta, CS:GO doesn't really have any appeal to me. It's just Counter-Strike to me. There's nothing wrong with that, but it doesn't feel like it boasts a lot of new content besides updated visuals and some new guns IIRC.
Excited and I'm going to re-download Counter-Strike: Source in anticipation. Looks fun so far from a lot of the gameplay esl.tv and other streamers on Twitch.tv have been showing us. Unfortunately, the players are divided with honest beliefs that 1.6 is better than Source and vice versa. Nobody knows what preference is apparently.

(i hope they add new weapons over time personally!)
I absolutely suck at CS:S, as the competetive scene for it is practically spread throughout the entire game and I just can't get used to it for some reason. Hoping I might have more luck throwing bullets at things in CS:GO.

God damnit. I really want to play this, don't have a key :(
Is there no kind of NDA or can you post as many screenshots/videos as you like?
Is there no kind of NDA or can you post as many screenshots/videos as you like?
As if valve would do anything about it. If they wanted to do NDA's they would have kept it in house with testers there instead.
there was a NDA on DOTA2 until they opened up beta applications on their website and started sending out invites might be something similar for this
I will fucking fly over and kick Gabe in the jewels if I don't get a key.
I will fucking fly over and kick Gabe in the jewels if I don't get a key.
might want to get started on that
might want to get started on that
Already got my plane ticket.
I hope this won't have a bunch of kids ruining it like CS:S.
I'm in the CS:GO beta and what I've played so far is pretty much what we've seen in interviews and previews, de_dust and de_dust2 as well as a few new goodies that had been explained at an Intel sponsored tournament.
this might be come the new defacto competitive FPS, much as how SCII dominates the competitive RTS scene, since the focus on competitive play.
Lets hope valve learns phong for this game
Is there no kind of NDA or can you post as many screenshots/videos as you like?
If Valve doesn't want it seen (by the public) it doesn't leave their studio.
does it matter what country your from to get a key?
No chickens, No purchase.
No chickens, No purchase.
I've heard somewhere the chickens are going to be on cs_italy, not sure where I've read it, and don't know if this is true but let's hope it is!
No chickens, No purchase.
There will be a chicken in italy, stop getting your panties in a bunch. Besides, we all wanted it anyway.
