I'm looking for some quiet fans for my PC. I need them to balance cooling ability, noise and energy efficiency all while being 110mm. So far the Zalman CNPS9700 LED has seemed good, but it's only quiet on silent mode, and the energy use is pretty fuzzy. I've also heard of the Noctua NH-D14, and I have considered it, but I'm not sure if it comes in 110mm (I really don't want to drill any holes for screws here) If anyone has heard of some quiet(-ish) fans, please post them here (My budget is under 75 dollars, as I'm buying a pair of these)
Scythe s-flex or Scythe Slipstream. The S-Flex is 8.7 dB at 800 rpm = pretty much nothing.
Here's another two: Silent Eagle Gentle Typhoon
undervolted yate loons are pretty quiet, and cheap too
I got some vids on my youtube channel if you want to listen to the GentleTyphoon or Silent Eagle.
