Looking for someone with a Sony Ericsson Z530i phone!

So yeah, the LCD screen is all fucked up (can't see shit)but the phone itself still works. I bought a new one but when I put my SIM card in the new phone, I noticed all of my contacts were gone.

So I need someone who can tell me exactly how to copy my contacts from my phone to my SIM like this: go to menu, go left twice, press okay, go down 4 times etc..

Any help'd be greatly appreciated.
