• Microphone Boost for USB microphone

My current mic (Behringer C1-U) is incredibly soft and i did search around google to no avail on how to boost the incredibly soft microphone.
Can't you go to sound devices -> Microphone -> Your Headset and then use the boost?
I'm afraid not there is not slider for microphone boost and its not a headset
Try using ASIO4ALL http://www.asio4all.com/

USB mics should not need boost as they are preconfigured at the correct level usually Your only option is to rely on boosting at software level (eg in mumble)
I assume you are in Windows 7. Go into Start Menu > Control Panel > Sound > Recording Tab > Right Click your microphone device > Properties > Volume/Levels Tab > Microphone Amplifier Slider - Set it to whatever fits better, the max is +30 Db which can be ear raping on normal sounds, so be sure the background noises aren't that loud or even for that little static.
