• Premiere Pro - 'screenshot' of a selected frame

I would like to take a full-resolution 'screenshot' of a frame in Premiere Pro CS5 and save it as an image, and insert the still image. Basically, I would like to make a pre-made intro for my new videos, and the still frame's for the text I'll insert in the future. Is it possible to do that in the editor, or I have to render the project then screencap the frame?
Simply set the slider to the frame you want to save, go to file > export > media then as type set it to png, jpeg, bmp or whatever image format you want to use. You're not set yet though, under "source range" change it from "entire sequence" to "work area". Hit export and it should save the fame you selected.
