The damn fan on my card stopped spinning for some reason
Go into start (the windows icon at the bottom) and find something called Run. Then type in msconfig and go into startup and disable all. Restart and tell me if that fixes it. AND DUDE. SHUT DOWN ALL THAT CRAP YOU HAVE ON! Look! There is Steam, printer, mozilla, utorrent, paint. Shut all that down.
They are not on, they are quick launch the only 2 things that were on was dragon age and steam..you know the bright ones?
It still lags
