I need some help building a $850 computer for a friend. Doesn't need any monitor, keyboard or mouse. If you can, check www.nanochip.pt for availability because it's probably where it's all going to get bought from. 500GB-1TB hard drive space.
They don't seem to sell power supplies or hard drives. Got another site? Could you use this?: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/index.php They seem to ship to most European countries

Well using the local sites seems to come at the cost of not being able to get what you need, which is worse than paying for the shipping and getting a good choice.
They do sell PSU's and Hard drives. Use Google Translate to navigate the site.
Page gets screwed up when I use G translate, but I found the PSUs,. The hard drives I still can't see anywhere.
PSUs are "Fontes de Alimentação" and Hard Drives are "Discos Rígidos". To search for a component you can use the top right search bar saying "pesquisa produtos".
Or if it's easier for people, use Newegg or some other site to get a list of the parts, then the OP can find the parts on the site he wants to use.

Over budget, and no OS. But a very nice build if he can afford the extra few euros. If not, get the Corsair 550W (non-modular) PSU to save some money.
He's really restricted to his budget so the card doesn't need to be that good. A cheaper CPU would be better as well.
Sorry about that - didn't realise that was so much in Euros. Drop the PSU to the VX 550W. Graphics card to 4870 / 5770 / 4890 If it's still too costly then I'd say an AMD motherboard with an Athlon or Phenom dual or quad core CPU.
I got it to 730€ so that should be alright. If it's still too much I'll get the AMD motherboard with an AMD CPU, thanks a lot. [editline]08:47PM[/editline] What motherboard do you recommend by the way? And CPU as well.
