I already have 8GB of RAM from a previous sale that is compatible. I plan on playing BF3/DotA2, and currently play CoD: BO, Civ 5 and various smaller titles. I was planning on getting a 32GB SSD to put my OS on but still haven't decided if I should or not.
You may aswell get a 2500k on that budget, also that case is very outdated and you can do better on the same budget.

I didn't have much time (combo's could of brought the price down even more) but you want something like this, $715, $650 including rebates.
If the ram you have is DDR3 you can take out the ram and put in an SSD/aftermarket cooler or something, someone will come in and refine it.

That mobo had pretty much $8 in shipping, while this one is free shipping so it pretty much becomes the same cost after rebate. Not sure about the PSU though. $620 after rebates.
the silent pro isn't a good PSU for the price at all, only 40A on the 12V rail (480W)
