Help me get payback - General

Ok guys i want to test your creativity. Last night some douchebag friend of my sister thought it would be funny to post her phonenumber and living area on a craigslist kinda website. In the add the idiot wrote that my sister had free chihuahua puppies to give away. She got called 1400 times and a couple hundred texts. This was fucked up because the damn site wouldn't take the add down untill she got that many calls. The "funny" guy made one mistake, he tried to fuck with another friend of him. There was only one connection between him and my sister so we figured out who the idiot was. Now my question for all of you. How do i get this guy back, i have heard some creative idea's but i'd like to make him pay. (No i will not hire a hitman, it's to expensive)

Go on craigslist, post a local ad with his name... Make sure the ad sounds as gayest as possible, leave a simple phonenumber. Let them do the rest...

Contact the government and file a fraud complaint.

If he wants to be a dick in the mannerisms of a child, then seek revenge in the mannerisms of a child. If you have his address, you can never go wrong with TP'ing or egging his house. Make sure what you're doing isn't illegal, and unfortunately, given that (If you are) an adult, you can be charged for Vandalism. Show disgression if you choose to take that route. If all else fails, simply take revenge in the same way he messed with you in the first place. Put his number and adress up on Craig'slist-perhaps something worse-"MILF looking for fuckbuddy" or something like that. Or, if you feel like being the bigger person, report him for fraud and/or harassment. Make sure that, whatever you do, it's fairly legal. Or at the very least, not any more illegal than what he did was. Good luck.

Calling the police on him for harassment is probably the best response. Doing the same with his number is one thing that can be brushed off. But when the police get involved, he'll suddenly have a record that's going to stick with him. Especially if he gets in trouble with the law later in life for dumb shit like this.
