I never understood why people claim depicting these things ENCOURAGES the behaviour.
If anything its sending a message about that particular subject.
You never see this shit said about movies.
Why not recall the rest of the GTA games because of violence against women? Or Street Fighter? Or Final Fight? Or every other video game with female bystanders/fighters/antagonists?

Female cops were already in GTA V. I remember seeing a few of them.
And don't forget the female mooks in GTA Online you have to gun down in some missions and the fact that you can play as a woman yourself.
