Sound errors when playing movies on my Blu Ray player

This is probably solved really easy by upgrading the firmware, I still haven't done that so far.. But I experience a strange problem with my Samsung BD-E5500/XE when playing both DVDs and Blu Ray movies. It's not obvious, but in some movies when a loud noise is about to happen, like an explosion, the sound goes silent for a second. Has anyone else experienced this error before?
