So Facepunch I'am just wondering if any of you have seen Black SUV's around with 3 antennas on the roof standing straight up, all windows are tinted as black as space and the headlights and tailights are black to. I keep seeing these things around quite a bit but I can't find images of them anywhere and only like 2 other people I know have seen these things. I usually see them just driving regularly down the street obeying traffic laws. But the creepiest part is after a big storm (usually of thunder and lightning) I usually see them in peoples driveways.. here is the closest thing I could find that looks like one (they dont have a damn "maker" emblem) :tinfoil:

guys i see these cars that are black and white and they have these strange red and blue lights on top of them and the men inside always wear these uniforms and follow black people around anyone else know anything about this i think its spies

I see the fat angry usually bald shaved black glasses guys clambering out of that exact make and type you described at the truck stop between where I live and civilization. It's probably a high state low fed type deal. Anyways, parked in peoples drive ways? You know officers keep their cars in alot of places, particularly when it's a new ride, so you've got pig neighbors.

No I literally mean what license plate? These black jeep-suv things don't have any thing on them that could be used as identification such as license plates or emblem (Chevrolet, Cadillac, Toyota)
I usually see them after storms with Lightning, parked in peoples driveways. They arent there after the storm has moved past.
