• Steam Suspends My Downloads

For the past week, I have been unable to download any games off steam :(. For TF2, it suspends at 33% done, which I know is right when the GCFs are finished downloading (I'm pretty sure anyway). Is there any way to fix this? I can't download any game, each going to suspended every time. I've tried every trick, from deleting the clientregistry.blob to formatting my entire computer. Anyone had any luck fixing this?
formatting my entire computer.
Does that include you deleting the existing gcf files, and tried to download it from scratch again?
Yes, that does.
If you have, then it is simply not possible for it to be stuck at 33% right off the bat.
I'm sorry, I think you've misunderstood. Probably a fault on my wording. When I said
it suspends at 33% done, which I know is right when the GCFs are finished downloading (I'm pretty sure anyway).
I meant that after it loads up to 33%, it stays there and says "Suspended". I know that that is when the GCFs are finished downloading because I checked out the steamapps folder and 33% seems to be right after they finish, and right before the TF2 folder is created.

They'll be going along fine and then it'll say "Suspended" and it will refuse to start again. I think it has something to do with my wireless connection strength (and the fact that my router's a crappy Belkin model).
