Try keeping millions of players on one server.
I like the Guild Wars 2 system. Unique servers but guesting lets you play 90% of the game with your friends whenever.

Eve doesn't have millions of players for one, and two they do have seperate servers, they're partialized into seperate nodes. Plus, the EVE universe is massive. The WoW one isn't.

It's an area in the southern barrens that's contested by the alliance and the horde. Came out in cataclysm.

This hurts to read.
The most people ever online in EVE was 65,303. That's about two of WoW's highest populated servers at it's highest peak of all time. Average, there might be 35k people online.
A good bit of those are alts too, which WoW really doesn't allow.
