Birthday Gifts - General - Facepunch Forum

Hey everyone! It's my birthday woo :toot: So yeah, I didn't get any gifts and probably won't at all today, just a few happy birthdays here and there. I was wondering, does anyone still get gifts? From friends or family still? I haven't gotten a gift from my parents since....15? Discuss :P

I just get money from people at church and from family.

I get money from my godfather, gives me like $50 to spend. But I don't know if I'll get it this year, considering I haven't spoken to him in awhile and we kind of drifted. The only present I remember getting from my mom was a telescope that I wanted when I was like 7. Every other birthdays are pretty....hazy.

I was kind of hoping that I would get some kind of gift though. Money is always welcomed you know, but it just says "Here, I was too lazy to think of what you would like, so do the job for me and just get yourself something nice." I like getting an actual present, you know, shows that they cared enough to think about a gift.

I usually just go out to eat with my family, and maybe get a few Steam gift games from online friends, if that counts.
