When I came back from dinner I started up my computer and Started playing League of Legends. After a while my computer crashed. I didn't think much of it so i restarted and started to play again. Then my computer crashed again. I thought it was some kind of virus so i booted into safemode and I did a virus scan. While I was doing that my computer half crashed. The screen was all messed up but it was still working. I finished the virus scan removed all the ones that it found and restarted my computer. Like 10 seconds after i log into my profile it crashes. At this point I have no clue why its doing this. When it crashes my monitor gets all these weird stripes on it and I can't move my mouse or anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated because I have no clue what to do right now. I'll post a picture of what my screen looks like when I get it in my email.

Your graphics card is failing.
Complete specs?
Need temps (after gaming) and specs including wattage of your PSU. Try cleaning out your case of dust.
I am really computer illiterate but I'm trying to get better. How do I get my temperatures? And I'll do my best to find my PSU but It might take me little bit.

Well, I'm assuming it's overheating, have you ever cleaned out your PC? Just open it up and get all the dust out with a can of air - especially your graphics card, and CPU heatsinks. You should blow air directly into their heatsinks.
It says the max output is 750W on the PSU

Ive cleaned it out a few times but I'll do it again and see if that works.

Cleaned everything out and I'm still getting the same problem.
Run speccy http://www.piriform.com/speccy
or HWMonitor http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html
and tell us the temps while running games that artifact (that's what it's called when there's all those lines and such). Please use Celsius.
If they're not that high and it's still doing it, the card is likely damaged and needs to be fixed or replaced.
Now when I turn on my computer it artifacts. Should I download those things still and see what the temperatures are?
Oh, even when it's been off a while and would have normally had the chance to cool down? Broken, then. Call Dell support if it's under warrenty, or fix it by getting it reflowed (or do a temporary oven trick fix that generally works - requires putting your video card into the oven and removing all the heatsinks, other parts, and reapplying thermal paste after. People will come tell you not to, though.) or buy a new one. There's some good options depending on your budget. The cheapest one that I can find that is as good or better is this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127523&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-Video%20Cards-_-MSI-_-14127523&AID=10440897&PID=3962334&SID= (it's benching about 25% better)
Yeah, I let it cool down for a bout a hour and It still artifacts. I guess I'll just get a new one. I was planing on upgrading this summer anyways. Right now I have about a 100-120$ budget. if you know of any good cards that are in that price range and are compatible with my system let me know, cause I'm kinda clueless with this stuff.
