Looks like they just added 2 cores and 2 threads across the board. It'll be good for i3 and the like, but it totally blue balls resale value for older parts.
Why pay $150 for a used 4c/4t i5 when you can pay $100 for a new i3?
Fucking intel, I just want to be able to sell off my parts when I move to Ryzen.

how would hte i5 8400-i5 8600k compare to the Ryzen 5 1500X/1600/1600X?
