Title sums it all up, basically what are the best gaming motherboards out at the moment for under 200 dorra?
with what cpu socket
and it all depends on what you need
if you don't need the extras a more expensive board gives you, then why buy it
for instance, a board that supports quad sli isn't necessarily better, nor will a pci-e 3.0 board give you any direct advantag
Socket - 1155
Uses: gaming (max 2 PCI Slots)
Generally good for upgrading for years to come, maybe ivy CPU's later on
GIGABYTE GA-Z68A-D3H-B3
MSI Z68A-G45 (unsure on the G43) and GD55.
ASUS P8Z68-V
ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3
I'd go for the ASRock, most features for the price, aesthetically pleasing, solid board.
That in order of preference?
No just the best picks in that price bracket, as I said I prefer the ASRock, a lot of people like the Asus and although it's a good board I feel it's a bit overpriced for what you get.
Alright mate, thanks Ill take your word for it ^^
