• Hard drive remove data

I am hoping that the Facepunch technical team can help me out with this small problem. I have always had two hard drives. I got a 1tb and a 650 GB HDD, for the past year i have had windows installed on my 1tb previous to that i had windows on my 650gb. I switched when upgrading to windows 7. But now i have managed to fill up my entire 1tb drive and need to move the files over to my 650 GB HDD. However a window is not letting me do that. I still have all the old files from vista on the 650 GB and i would like to remove everything so i can move some of my bigger files. Disk management does not allow me to format the drive, Dban has come up with errors every time i try to wipe the drive (i have put it on several different cds and dvd's), and i have run out of ideas on how to remove the files off it. So Facepunch can you help me out? I simply want to reformat the drive removing everything off of it so i can use it as more space.
