what's going on with my sack (seriously, it hurts) - General

can't find a proper answer elsewhere, so i want to ask here if you find this thread gross, i'm sorry well in the past 2 days, i've started to feel some pain on the left side, of my ballsack, i thought it's just a normal pimple, but once i move, it hurts. Recently, i saw something black on it, i'm starting to worry, maybe it's something serious maybe its some kinda regular pimple, that needs some hygiene care or something worse

so maybe its just a typical cyst, that hurts and they say that i need to consume antibiotics there was one cyst that was kinda large(not that large), but shrunk, maybe i should take a shower regularly?

The general rule I follow is bathe in the week and bathe only on the weekend if I have something to do (or need to come up with an idea, I come up with my best ideas in the shower). Basically, bathe every day EXCEPT Sunday.

I shower at least once a day. I feel bad going out in public if I have not had a shower that day, I cant imagine going a week. (unless I am camping or something like that)

All these people who think pimples come from being unhygienic. I wonder if they even know what a pimple is. Also you're not exactly being descriptive. I'm guessing you can visually see a large bump on the outside of your testicle from the little information you give. Even that is not enough information to learn what it is.
