When people say poor, they usually mean they don't have enough to spare on a game.
I have a shitload of Steam games but cant currently afford any because I put my money in three different piles, food and rent and clothes in one, games movies and music and apps and shit in another and a small pile for parties and shit.

yes but most of them were gifts
Worth it? I've been looking to pick up a few racing games.
I Still play this time from time whenever i'm bored. it's really fun, so if you have the dosh and love racing games, buy it!
it's also really fun to use the All Cars on All Tracks mod and drive with gymkhana/trailblazer cars on the rally stages
If you like arcade rally buy this.
If not then get Richard Burns Rally and maybe the 2013 mod if you want more simulator'ness.
dirt 2 was better
It takes longer to load a stage than it does to finish it
Every time I play a game like this I always wind up going back to RBR and wishing it had better graphics.
Eh, I'm liking it. I have a racing wheel though and it makes games like Dirt 3/Shift 2 fucking amazing.
