My computer keeps locking up randomly from 0 to 3 times a day

It just suddenly locks fully up. I can't move the cursor either. This happened when I first got the computer but it stopped for a while and now it's back.
There are no logs either, so windows 7 can't troubleshoot the problem.

I really don't know what to do. :confused:

I'm guessing it's hardware related, but what would I do if it was?

i went through that with him on steam a couple of hours ago, his GTX275 is reaching 90*C in gmod :ohdear:

Dam, 90 is very hot for a game that only uses 30% of an modern GFX Card

Go and look for some more airflow in your pc and if that dont work you maybe able to send it back for faulty cooling.

what do you mean 30%

i get 14fps in gmod with my 5870
