Hey everyone I've been having an odd problem lately; I wanted to assume nearly immediately that my card is dying but it's not overheating (Averaging 49-50C) and I haven't really had any artifacting. I've run the card at stock, overclocked, and underclocked settings but I still seem to get the same issue. It's been happening more and more frequently within the past few days and I'm out of ideas. I was curious as to whether or not it might be a Windows 8 x64 issue, though I don't want to go through another format just to see if that's the case.

Things I've Tried:
Underclocking
Overclocking
Driver Sweeping Drivers and Reinstalling New Ones
Adjusting Clocks in BIOS
Flashing BIOS
Things I Need To Try:
Reseating Card
Dusting Extremely Well (Though it doesn't look that dusty)
See if Windows 7 x64 is Better
Can you get HW monitor and tell us the max temperature your gpu and cpu get to after playing a graphically intense game for 10 minutes?
It looks like my CPU averages around 58-62C when under heavy load and my GPU is around 53-56C
The temperatures are fine, and you've tried all the main stuff, I'd say it's dying :(
Look at what other programs you have installed, one might be conflicting and causing it to crash. This shouldn't happen, I know, but it happened to me once, might want to just check.

That's the odd thing, in my experience when a video card was on its deathbed it usually would start artifacting and even start overheating ridiculous amounts. This is why my big suspect is Windows 8 being awkward.
I had forgot that you were on Windows 8. Ok, it might not be dead yet. It'd be good if there was a way you could try Windows 7 and see if the problem still happens
