Empty your recycling bin, Seriously

What might be causing it is you have too much shit in your recycling bin, the solution is emptying it.
I Emptied mine and I had 160MB files of porn that I got tired of in it, and my computer drastically changed in performance.

So I'm being nice, and telling you to empty your recycling bin.

And just incase there are any smartarses, I mean the recycling bin on your computer.
