properly going to be cheaper to buy a new one to build yourself
yeah I am currently building one but my little bro wants a computer and my dad wants me to give him this one and he is going to be doing some slight gaming but nothing to special. Also, he needs it for school and some stuff and halo 1 cannot run without a shitload of lag so......
The problem with your system is it doesn't have a PCI-Express x16 slot, only a PCI-e x1 slot(and regular pci slot too). That severely limits your upgrade choices. An Ion based PCI-express x1 card goes for $60 at Newegg, that can handle light gaming at 1024x468. There are more PCI choices but they won't be faster, most will be slower, until you get to the $100 range.
