since gamefly would essentially be shut down overnight once the new gen consoles come out, I can surmise that they have already left flaming bags of crap on Microsoft and sonys doors and have already worked out a deal with them on used gaming, else we would be hearing a shitstorm from gamefly and every other used game outlet

The majornelson.com website said no fee for playing games when signed into your account. If you buy a game used from the store you have to pay the fee.

No, the support twitter is wrong. It has been confirmed by several people now. The support twitter is pretty much the equivalent to someone working in a call centre, they don't actually get told all the details.
