• Going for a new graphics card. (£200)

So I've had this Ati Radeon HD 4850 for some time now and it's starting to get a little dated. I was hoping to upgrade it to something with a little more oomf. Including that by current rig also includes -an Intel i7 920 processor -15GB of ddr3 RAM (three 1GB tri channel blocks and three 4 GB tri channel blocks.) -A Gigabyte ex58-Extreme motherboard -a full 1080p HD TV serving as a monitor -a smaller 1024x1280 secondary monitor A selection of games I play frequently (if that helps) -Dota 2 -Natural Selection 2 -Dorderlands 2 -Planetside 2 (seeing a pattern here?) -Guild wars 2 What has snagged my attention somewhat is the Geforce GTX 660 which seems to be within the right price range (plus if I buy it from eBuyer or SCAN or a few othe places I get free crap for planetside 2) However having used MOSTLY AMD/ATI as part of my rig (the timing was that ati had a newer crd out roughly the same time I went for an upgrade... it was just co-incidence) comaring the two is rather difficult. So I ask your opinions on the subject, is nVida the way to go? Is there a better card out there? Should I wait for the launch of ultracard number letter extreme edition? Any other parts of my computer I should consider upgrading? Thanks in advance. [h=1][/h]
If you are willing to spend a bit more, you could could go for the 660 Ti. A benchmark that shows performance difference.

I think I might go for the 660 Ti, seems about the right sort of thing I want.
EVGA Geforce GTX 660 SuperClocked / SuperClocked Sig. 2 if your looking for something better than 660 but cheaper than 660 TI
The 7950 is usually slightly cheaper and it performs better in most games. I think you should get it instead of the 660ti.
EVGA Geforce GTX 660 SuperClocked / SuperClocked Sig. 2 if your looking for something better than 660 but cheaper than 660 TI
I've got the Nvidea EVGA Geforce GTX 660 SC, card plays maxed out FarCry3 ok. Although mine does reach temps of 78C tops (But I could improve the cooling in my rig).
