Really hope they'll go above and beyond with bringing in some classic maps and new content. DICE LA has done a lot of good into bringing BF4 to what it is today, but could still use an extra popularity boost to create more goodwill.

Or maybe because DICE isn't making Hardline, and their next game is 2-3 years away.
I have not played 1942 and 2142 in so long I have to look up each map on the wiki because I don't remember them by name :v:

No.
More realistically is that the original DLC plan was in place to accommodate the initial expected release of Hardline at Christmas.
We know the winners will be godawful CQC chokepoint maps like Camp Gibraltar and Hill 137 Vietnam
I wish I could get into BF4. I still like BF3 though.
Whenever I play BF4 I get killed a lot and get frustrated that I don't have any good guns and I just quit.

I don't get why some people love Wake Island, to me it's a horribly balanced map that focuses too much on airpower and usually bogs down to people trying to shoot each from opposite sides of the island and or an all out slugfest over the airfield area.
I would rather see El Alamein make a comeback than Wake Island.
PErsonally I would like to see a new European Union faction so it doesn't look like the U.S is fighting both China and Russia by itself or maybe a MEC/PLR faction?

To be fair though, they did have plenty of assets to pull that off considering much of BC2 was set in a tropical enviroment, DICE would have to put a lot of work into creating a lot of new vehicles, maps and all that with the semi futurastic style.

Like the word "bet" in my post implies, it was a guess, not a fact. Not that it matters saying I remember your unstoppable battlefield hard on during BF3's beta.
But fair enough in that case. I still have my doubts about hardline selling well though.
