Hi, I bought a mouse from SteelSeries, the sensei laser 62150, and did what I asked the manual, however, the engine of steelseries not detect the mouse, anyone know how to solve?
Did you plug it directly into your motherboard (not through any hubs or anything)? Did you download the lastest drivers from their site? Also use the Tech Support category next time

Also, I have a Steelseries Rival, and it wouldn't work without me installing SteelSeries Engine
