Is jailbreaking your Iphone worth it? What are the pros and cons
I'd say so, you can get some pretty cool features going on your phone.
Anyway, some pros and cons I can think of off the top of my head:
Pros:
-Basically do anything you want with your phone
-TONS of cool and useful tweaks/themes/widgets available
-Allows you to install any app, itunes-approved or not
Cons:
-Some jailbreak tweaks/apps/whatever don't work
-Can cause your phone to crash once in a while (due to too many or faulty installed tweaks)
-Can "brick" your phone if you're a total and utter dipshit (just follow instructions ya dingus)
Basically as long as you're not a dingus and don't install 50,000 tweaks on your phone there aren't many cons.
Also, get an untethered jailbreak if you can. Tethered works, but personally I find it quite annoying to have to plug my phone into my computer every time I need to restart it.

Alright, thanks!
I will say Jailbreaking is fun for maybe a month or something but after that time You start to realize that all the shit you got for it is not really in use and just taking up system storage.
(for me at least.) :v:
And I have IOS 7.2, would you recommend me to downgrade to 6.1?
And what are some secure jailbreaking sources?

This is your best bet: http://evasi0n.com/
I don't see any reason to downgrade to iOS 6.1, since a 7.x jailbreak exists.
Probably good to read the "important! read me!" notes towards the bottom of that page since you're new to jailbreaking

Oh okay, thanks. So to make sure, is it safe?
I heard about that, but I didn't have any bugs myself. I have an iPhone 4S running iOS 7.0
If you do run into issues, just refer to this: http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/evasi0n7-ios-7-untethered-jailbreak-how-fix-issues-jailbreak-1430109

It won't blow up your phone.
You more than likely won't run into any issues, but even if you do, worst case scenario is you just plug your phone into your computer and restore from a backup (which is good to create prior to jailbreaking)

Backed it up and im gonna try
Basically this is the outcome of jailbreaking:
You are given an app called cydia, which is basically a platform for downloading various addons onto your device. You are given a couple "legit" sources by default which have no copyrighted content on them and you may have to pay for some of the addons, but there are a few free tweaks from there.
You are given the option to add other repositories into cydia, which will have other addons you can choose from, some have other custom user made tweaks, others may have illegal cracked versions of paid versions.
Other things you get from it are custom programs, features, gesture based features, different interfaces, etc.
I used to have productive addons that added many information widgets to my lock screen, like my calender, the time, notifications, email, rss feeds, and the weather.
Jalibreaking you iPhone voids the warranty

Heard of a factory reset, by chance? :v:
I'd say it's worth it. I don't know if it's still around, but before I stopped using my jailbroken iPod, there was an app that makes all in-app purchases free.
