The problem is this

all youtube videos look like that, no matter what resolution i play at. The audio works just fine, and so does watching regular video clips, even more gpu intensive stuff like 1080p mkv's plays as smooth as always. I have tried it in chrome, opera and safari. Same thing in all browsers.
Anyone else who has encountered the same problem?

Up to date, safari and chrome don't have any cookies saved as i've never used them for other then previewing websites locally, deleted them in both browsers again anyhow, didn't work.
I'll give rebooting a shot then.

Rebooting worked, thank you :V
I keep getting this kind of thing occasionally, anyone have any idea of what it can be? I think it might have to do with when the computer goes into hybernation mode (i have this damn button above my esc key that does that, really annoying), whenever i log back in my audio drivers stop working, and i am suspecting that it does the same with my video drivers too. Any idea of how to fix that? I am running XP SP2, and both my audio and video drivers are up to date.
Try getting XP SP3, try reinstalling flash.
