Looks good I am guessing you already have the mobo and cpu? Also you may be able to unlock 2 more cores on the phenom x2 with the new mobo.
everything looks good, but get this gpu instead

CPU looks good, but I would recommend another mobo. There is a few in that price range. Here is an example: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130233
For the GPU, get a 4890. You might have to get it from tiger direct, but I think it is $20 more? For a DX11 card, see post above
I agree - get get a 4890. The 5770 is over priced for its performance.
already have the gpu and the cpu just wondering about the mobo

Kinda related question: Is it necessary to reinstall your OS when you get a new motherboard?
Kinda related question: Is it necessary to reinstall your OS when you get a new motherboard?
No, your OS is in your hard drive.
I see, but I have heard elsewhere that there are drivers with the old motherboard that could cause problems and a clean install is required of your OS.
i think OEM installs on windows 7 will not work with a new motherboard. And its recommended to clean install when a major piece of new hardware is installed

yes sometimes it is

I always do otherwise you start getting weird errors because of old drivers and such. So just format and reinstall when you get a new mobo.
