My budget is about a little under 30,000 pesos and I was wondering if this is good enough for gaming. If you could post alternatives or improvements while still keeping costs down is greatly appreciated.

You don't need a 750W power supply. You could get a 500 or even 450W supply, and get a better CPU with what you save.
