Hi,
Around 7:30PM I got an AVG Popup about some sort of Trojan in my Appdata/Roaming folder. Thought nothing of, it deleted it, went on with my day. Then, I got a continuous stream of these two errors;

In Safe Mode I did a scan with Malware Bytes, and now I'm doing another (full) in regular mode. It's still ongoing, and when I tried to empty my recycle bin (I found those folders in the appdata folder and tossed them in the trash), then emptied it. Scan is still going on at five hours, and there's already one thing reported. Every so often I'll get the runDLL32 error, still, pertaining to updater task. No clue what's happening. Happen to anyone before?
[EDIT]
Malwarebytes then crashed at around 98% of the scan being done, with two issues found. Wish I knew what they were! Still getting the DLL error.
I've narrowed it down to either Dxtory being a dong, or the actual Application Management Service of Microsoft in msconfig. I'm not sure which could be causing the issue. I could find very little, if any, information on the latter, however. Computer has again locked up and became unresponsive after scanning and reaching a certain folder, which I have deleted.
See if MSconfig or task manager(if Win8) to see if theres anything like these in the startup list.
Would think it's listed there.

Application Manager is on there. I don't want to disable it because I'm not sure what it actually does. Computer has been acting up though. Slow, freezing nearly completely (Keyboard responds yet can't move mouse or type, program which says if Capslock is on or not will update accordingly).
