Is a 750W PSU enough for two GTX 460's and an AMD Phenom II X4 965? I'm also wondering if I'll get any bottlenecks? Thanks.
That is more than enough, the benchmark on Tomshardware drains ~420W on a 460SLI.
If you plan on buying 2x 460s together, don't. And that's regardless of the fact that SLI/CF is horrible in my opinion (double the fps, half at best of the perceived smoothness of a single card).

I believe the 460 scales up to about 180%, possibly more
Ok, so I've got enough power. Do I need to worry about bottlenecks?
