That's #1 in my top 10 dissapointment list of games.
That's #1 in my top 10 dissapointment list of games.
Brink's still my number 1, this comes close second though
Brink's still my number 1, this comes close second though
Correction then, Brink is my #1. Even though I had fun playing it while it was alive.
I remember talking to a friend about this game like 5 years ago Sounded a lot better back then
Correction then, Brink is my #1. Even though I had fun playing it while it was alive.
Brink wasn't that bad, it's just that no one played it
Brink wasn't that bad, it's just that no one played it
The game wasn't even in a playable condition for most people on launch, let alone the massive amount of bugs and poor programming.
Brink wasn't that bad, it's just that no one played it
I still pop the disk in every now and then on 360. If the lag was gone and the framerate better then I'd say it could be a very fun game. But until then you're mainly forced to play with Bots and that isn't fun. At all.

Spore
Star Trek Legacy was so bad its multiplayer died within the launch month. That and its installer took 6 hours. and its uninstaller took 8 hours. Deleting the directory tree and then defragging was faster than "uninstalling" it. It was also unoptimized as hell and was really just a bad console port of a bad game.
Spore
my #1 there too.
Spore
I think Spore's main problem was that everything apart from creature and space stage was shit
I think Spore's main problem was that everything apart from creature and space stage was shit
No, the problem was they took all of their alpha and prototype stuff and redesigned it all to be a shadow of what it was supposed to be.
Spore
Spore was disappointing, but still a game that could be played and it worked. Brink and ACM are broken. Still. [editline]19th February 2013[/editline]
The game wasn't even in a playable condition for most people on launch, let alone the massive amount of bugs and poor programming.
I still can't play brink properly on my system. I remember playing it on my 4870 which should have done fine and getting 20fps on lowest settings and it looked horrible. The parkour mechanic worked like 5% of the time.

Yes both of those were disappointments but Spore was such a disappointing dumbed down shitfest it literally caused EA's stock to plummet and it still hasn't recovered since. Go check google, look at EA's stock the day Spore was released. HUGE plummet.
Brink's still my number 1, this comes close second though
Tough choice. I had more fun with Brink than Colonial Marines, but I also had higher expectations. Luckily I didn't buy A:CM.
