Nah. It shouldn't matter because the hat is paint-able. Meaning if you got the wrong color hat, you can color it differently.

From what I read, the 3DS version is a gimped one anyway. No object creator, and no 3D (since the gameplay is on the bottom screen).

I love scribblenauts, it's such a fun little sandbox game.
I'm hoping we get significantly more items allowed at one time and larger maps, those were my only real issues with the DS games.
